If we are lucky we get 100 years in this lifetime, our time is fleeting and you deserve to experience the most divine gifts mother nature has to offer. Once you have had your senses tantalized by the dewy damascus rose straight from the valley of roses in Bulgaria, been graced by luscious lemon blossoms in Italy or smelled rain in the desert under a sacred piñon pine you will never settle for anything less than truly exquisite. Truly exquisite is what I bring to you. This is why I do what I do.

The ingredients I wild harvest are collected with the utmost care and attention to respectful harvesting practices… The patches of wild plants I have been tending for the last 10 years have become more abundant year after year, through attentive harvesting practices. In years when the plants are not plentiful I do not harvest. I spend the summer months hiking all sorts of terrain from the deserts of Southern Utah to the mountains of Southwest Colorado where I venture above 10,000 feet to harvest the strongest, most medicinal, wild medicine. You can’t put a price on the value these medicines bring, which is why I only offer a small amount each season.

I choose to support small businesses and biodynamic farmers who share respect for the land and commitment to sustainability first and always.
