Welcome to Fields of Freya. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our  website and any purchase of our handcrafted botanical skincare. By placing an order or  otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do  not use the site or purchase our Offerings. 

1. Who We Are 

Fields of Freya ("we," "us," "our") is a small-batch, seasonal skincare studio. Our Offerings are  formulated by hand and released in limited quantity each season. For questions about these  Terms, contact us at haley@fieldsoffreya.com. 

2. Limited Availability & All Sales Final 

Each Offering is produced in a strictly limited run — typically 111 units — by hand, in small  batches, using wild-harvested and ethically sourced botanicals. Because of this limited,  perishable, and made-to-order nature: 

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order  has been placed, except where required by law or as described in Section 7 (Damaged or  Lost Shipments). 

• Once a seasonal Offering sells out, it will not be restocked. Some formulations may not  return in future seasons. 

• By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this final-sale policy. 

We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and sizing carefully before  completing your purchase, and to reach out to us beforehand with any questions. 

3. The Handcrafted, Living Nature of Our Products 

Our formulations are made by hand in small batches from raw botanical materials gathered  across seasons and continents. Because we work with living plant material rather than mass manufactured ingredients, you may notice natural variation between batches — in color, scent,  texture, or consistency. This is expected and is part of working with real, wild-harvested 

botanicals rather than synthetic standardization. Such variation is not a defect and is not grounds  for return. 

4. Your Wellbeing & Responsible Use 

We make every effort to formulate products that are gentle, thoughtfully sourced, and safe when  used as intended. That said, how you choose to use a product — and on whom — is ultimately  outside of our control, which means the responsibility for safe and appropriate use sits with you. 

Before using any product, we ask that you: 

• Read the full ingredient list and perform a patch test on a small area of skin, waiting 24– 48 hours before wider use. 

• Discontinue use immediately if you notice any irritation, redness, or allergic reaction. • Consult a physician, midwife, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare provider before  use if you are pregnant, nursing, immunocompromised, managing a medical condition, or  are otherwise uncertain whether a product is right for you. We encourage extra caution  for children, the elderly, and anyone with sensitive or compromised skin. 

• Keep all products well out of the reach of children. 

• Use products only externally and only as described, unless a provider has advised  otherwise. 

Please note that none of the statements on this website, in our product listings, or in our  communications have been evaluated by the FDA, or any other regulatory body. Any references  to the traditional, historical, or folk use of a botanical ingredient are shared for educational and  storytelling purposes only. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any  disease, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice,  diagnosis, or treatment. 

By purchasing or using our products, you accept full responsibility for how they are used, and  you agree that Fields of Freya is not liable for any reaction, injury, or outcome arising from the  use or misuse of a product — including use by anyone other than the original purchaser, or use  

that departs from the instructions provided. This includes a release of Fields of Freya, its  founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims related to your wellbeing arising from your  use of our products or this website. 

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes 

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice prior  to the opening of a seasonal Offering.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store  your full payment card details. 

• Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with Utah state  law and any other jurisdictions in which we are required to collect tax. 

• Orders are not confirmed or reserved until payment has been successfully processed. 

6. Shipping, Delivery & Damaged or Lost Shipments 

• Estimated shipping timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other  circumstances beyond our control. 

• Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the item  to the shipping carrier. 

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at  

haley@fieldsoffreya.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date,  for lost packages) with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged  item and packaging. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may  include a replacement where inventory allows, at our discretion. This is the sole  exception to our all-sales-final policy described in Section 2. 

• We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address  provided at checkout, including theft after delivery. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on this site — including text, photography, brand names, logos, product names,  formulations, and the overall look and feel of Fields of Freya — is the property of Fields of  Freya and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You may not  reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content, branding, or  formulations without our prior written consent. 

8. Acceptable Use of This Website 

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the  rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else. You agree not to: 

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any password-protected area of the site. • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the site. • Resell products purchased from Fields of Freya without our express written permission. • Misrepresent your identity when placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fields of Freya and its founder, employees, and affiliates  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any  loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of this website or our products, even if we have  been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from  your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot  be waived under applicable law. 

10. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fields of Freya, its founder, employees, and affiliates  from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of  your use of our products or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any  rights of a third party. 

11. Privacy 

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect,  use, and protect your information. [Link to Privacy Policy] 

12. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or  legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent  revision. Continued use of the site or a future purchase after changes are posted constitutes your  acceptance of the revised Terms. 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law  provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts  located in Utah.
