Step 1 in your skincare ritual
To protect your skins natural microbiome it is only necessary to wash your skin once a day, preferably in the evening.
Apply 2 pumps of oil into palm, warm between hands and breathe in the grounding aroma of vetiver. The olfactory nerves have a more profound effect on our nervous system than we realize.
Massage onto damp or dry skin to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and daily impurities.
Use a warm damp washcloth to gently exfoliate and wipe off excess oil.
This oil can also be used as a calming body oil. Just massage a few drops over the heart, womb, or abdomen to help soothe the nervous system during times of stress.
